JC Bastidas serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Strategic Investigations with offices in New York City, Florida. and Arizona. He possesses extensive experience in Law Enforcement having worked in the world's largest Police Department.
Mr. Bastidas has worked in the New York City Police Department's Counterterrorism, Detective, Risk Management, Narcotics, Warrants, Patrol and Transit Bureaus supervising Detectives and Police officers.

Mr. Smester serves as the Director of Security for Strategic Investigations and Security. Mr. Smester is a retired Lieutenant from the New York City Police Department. He has over 20 years of extensive experience in Law Enforcement. He has worked in various units such as Anti-Crime Unit, Precinct Platoon Commander, Technical Assistance Response Unit (TARU), Fugitive Apprehension Unit, and Detective Squad Commander.
Mr. Smester possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Stony Brook University and a Master's Degree from Columbia University.
